Yes. Our pouches are 100% recyclable. You can recycle them with carrier bags at most large supermarkets, or check if your local kerbside collection accepts them.
If you have our compostable PLA packaging, you can place it in your food waste or garden waste bin only if your local council accepts it (so it’s worth checking first). If not, place it in your general waste bin. Please don’t put compostable packaging in your recycling bin, as it can’t be processed there.

Once your order is marked as fulfilled, you can track it depending on the delivery option you chose.
For Express Delivery, use the DPD tracking code we sent you to follow your order in real time at dpd.co.uk. If you select Standard or Premium Delivery, your order will be with Royal Mail and should arrive within 2–5 days for Standard or 1–3 days for Premium (Monday to Saturday).

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If you place an order after 11:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve).
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, but our warehouse team may sometimes be able to process and dispatch orders faster when possible.

You can return any unwanted item for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unopened and in its original condition, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please return the product within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your order number and the reason for the return before sending it back.

Meal Replacement shakes are designed to replace one or two meals a day, and you can choose the timing that works best for you.

The Best Before End (BBE) date is printed directly on all Sealions pouches, whether compostable or recyclable. To make the most of the full vitamin shelf life, you can transfer them into an airtight container, like a glass jar.

There are no added sugars in our Meal Replacement. All of the sugar comes from naturally occurring sources in the milk. Around 8g comes from the powder itself, which contains skimmed milk powder, and the remaining 12g comes from the milk you use to mix your shake. So while it might seem high, these sugars are natural and part of the nutritional balance of your shake.
